Formación de docentes en competencias digitales para la evaluación formativa mediante e-rúbricas colaborativas

This study is based on the premise that teaching profession one of professions with greatest responsibility for educating citizens in digital competence, and as such we should focus how to train these professionals. We carried out this research during an in-service teacher training programme Ecuador it principle teachers same way expect them teach their students. During programme, acquire formative assessment skills using e-rubrics (teacher peer assessment) work collaboration other teams teachers. analysed results applying rubric oral competence exercise involving participating course teachers, conducted a correlational design, obtaining Cronbach's alpha 0.953 from 508 evaluations e-rubric. Based results, present has been validated assess presentation educational projects. Moreover, difficulties had when rubric, shown quality resources. Examples practices contexts methods are also presented. Finally, provide set web-based tools possible applications.
